Parents and legal guardians age 18 or older may contact us about support for a child under 18 with agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC), including complete ACC (CACC). No account or sign-in is needed.

We review requests individually as resources become available, based on your family’s needs and the foundation’s ability to help. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance, and we cannot promise a decision date.

Your request is shared with authorized foundation reviewers. Contacting us does not give permission to publish your story. If we would like to feature your family, we will ask separately; saying no will not affect consideration for assistance.
